近年来,随着建筑工程的不断发展,合理制定文明管理制度显得尤为重要。基于此,本文对建筑工程现场文明施工中管理人员缺乏安全管理意识、缺少规范的施工体系和缺少严格的管理制度等问题进行了分析,并提出了如何实施相关的安全管理制度、具体的现场施工管理流程、加大文明施工的管理力度等重要措施,以期为相关工程提供参考。
