简易垃圾厂通常设置的环境保护措施较少,在建设之初基本上没有设置任何有效的污染防范措施,因此垃圾厂所产生的挥发气体会污染周边环境,垃圾堆放过程中由于腐败所产生的各种有毒有害物质会随着雨水渗透到地表土壤中,对当地地表水域或地下水造成严重污染,进而危害周边居民的身体健康。因此,需要对该类型简易垃圾场作封场治理,以尽可能降低其对周边环境的污染,改善当地生态、保护环境。

Simple garbage plants usually have fewer environmental protection measures.At the beginning of construction,they basically did not set any effective pollution prevention measures.Therefore,the volatile gas generated by the garbage plant will pollute the surrounding environment.A variety of toxic and harmful substances will infiltrate into the surface soil with rainwater,causing serious pollution to the local surface waters or groundwater,and thereby endangering the health of surrounding residents.Therefore,it is necessary to close this type of simple garbage dump to reduce the pollution to the surrounding environment as much as possible,improve the local ecology and protect the environment.
