毛细支气管炎的病毒学检测和体液免疫变化的临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨本院毛细支气管炎的病毒病原学特征及体液免疫变化特征。方法选取2017年9月至2019年3月本院收治的200例肺炎患儿分为毛细支气管炎组(毛支组)和非病毒性肺炎(对照组),每组100例,其中毛支组进行血清行呼吸道病原学检测,两组均进行体液免疫检测。结果毛支组患儿的呼吸道分泌物病毒检测中,IVB和PIV是最主要病原体,分别占38.0%和32.0%,进行拟合度检验差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);免疫检验中,毛支组IgA、IgM、IgG、C3、C4水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);毛支组血清IgE高于对照组,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本院毛细支气管炎患儿病毒以IVB和PIV为主,毛支组患儿体液免疫水平明显下降,而IgE升高明显,提示病毒感染可能更有诱发哮喘倾向。 Objective To investigate the viral etiology and humoral immune changes of capillarity bronchitis in our hospital. Methods 200 children with pneumonia from September 2017 to March 2019 in our hospital were randomly divided into capillary bronchitis group(intervention group) and non-viral pneumonia group(control group), with 100 cases in each group. Among them, capillary bronchitis group was tested for respiratory tract etiology, and both groups were tested for humoral immunity. Results IVB and PIV were the most important pathogens in the detection of respiratory secretions virus in children with capillarity bronchitis, accounting for 38.0% and 32.0%, respectively, and it was statistically significant to perform the similarity test(P<0.05). In immunoassay, the level of IgA, IgM, IgG, C3, C4 in the capillary bronchitis group were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The serum IgE levels in the capillary bronchitis group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)In the immunoassay, the levels of IgA, IgM, IgG, C3,and C4 were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The serum IgE level of bronchitis was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The virus in children with capillarity bronchitis is mainly IVB and PIV in our hospital. The humoral immunity of this group of children decreased significantly, and IgE increased significantly, suggesting that the virus infection may be more prone to induce asthma.
