血凝试验检测结果质量的影响因素及质量改善对策研究

Study on the influence factors and quality improvement of the test results of the hemagglutination test

目的探讨血凝试验检测结果质量的影响因素及质量改善对策。方法回顾性分析2018年1月至2019年1月本院检验科所做的血凝试验结果以及检验记录,分析其影响因素,并根据影响因素制定质量改善对策。结果无误差组医护人员年龄与有误差组比较差异无统计学意义;无误差组患者抗凝药物使用史、试验材料批次、试验材料保质期、试验环境、操作水平与有误差组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经Logistic回归分析发现,抗凝药物使用史、试验材料批次(不同批次)、试验材料保质期(短)、试验环境(仪器设备不完善)是影响血凝试验检测结果质量的危险因素(OR>1,P<0.05);操作水平(无失误)是影响血凝试验检测结果质量的保护因素(OR<1,P<0.05)。结论对血凝试验检测结果质量进行影响因素分析,有助于制定质量改善对策,降低检测误差,提高检测结果质量。

Objective To explore the influencing factors of the quality of hemagglutination test results and the countermeasures for quality improvement. Methods From January 2018 to January 2019, the results and test records of hemagglutination test in laboratory department of our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. The influencing factors were analyzed, and the countermeasures for quality improvement were worked out according to the influencing factors. Results There was no significant difference in the age of medical staff between the error group and the error free group, but there was significant difference in the use history of anticoagulant drugs, the batch of test materials, the shelf life of the test materials, the test environment and the operation level between the error group and the error free group(P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that the history of anticoagulant use, the batches of test materials(different batches), the shelf life of test materials(short), the test environment(imperfect instruments and equipment) were the risk factors affecting the quality of hemagglutination test results(OR>1, P<0.05), and the operation level(no error)was the protective factor affecting the quality of hemagglutination test results(OR<1, P<0.05). Conclusion The analysis of the influencing factors of the quality of hemagglutination test results is helpful to formulate the countermeasures to improve the quality, reduce the detection error and improve the quality of the test results.
