中西医结合治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on treatment of chronic renal failure with combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine

目的探究中西医结合治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效观察。方法选取2018年11月至2019年5月于本院肾病科治疗的患者100例,采用随机数表法分成对照组和治疗组,每组50例。对照组患者进行常规的西医基础性治疗,对治疗组患者在对照组患者的治疗基础上予自拟泄浊健脾补肾汤口服。观察两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分(主症)、促红细胞生成素(EPO)、血钙离子、血磷离子、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)及临床有效率情况。结果两组的中医证候主症评分、EPO、Ca、P、TNF-α含量较治疗前均改善,且治疗组明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组临床总有效率为66%,治疗组临床总有效率为92%,两组临床有效率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在西医基础上联合自拟泄浊健脾补肾汤能够有效提高肾小球滤过率,提高免疫力、抗血小板聚集、抑制细胞纤维化、改善浮肿、恶心呕吐、腰膝酸软等症状,提高临床有效率。

Objective Observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic renal failure. Methods 100 patients who were treated in our nephrology department from November 2018 to May 2019 were selected. They were divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with basic Western medicine treatment, the patients in the treatment group were given oral self-made Xiezhuo Jianpi Bushen Decoction on the basis of the treatment in the control group. After treatment, the TCM syndrome scores(main symptoms), erythropoietin(EPO), blood calcium ions,blood phosphorus ions, tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α) and clinical effectiveness were observed between the two groups of patients before and after treatment. Results The TCM symptom scores, EPO, Ca, P, and TNF-α contents of the two groups of patients were improved compared with before treatment. The treatment group was significantly better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total clinical effective rate of the control group was 66%, and the total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 92%. The difference in clinical effectiveness was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Combined with self-made Xiezhuo Jianpi Bushen Decoction based on Western medicine can effectively improve glomerular filtration rate, improve immunity, anti-platelet aggregation, inhibit cell fibrosis, improve puffiness, nausea and vomiting, waist and knee soreness and other symptoms, improve clinical Efficient.
