芬兰基础教育学生评价的理念、实施与启示 被引量:10

摘要 有效的学生评价可以促进学生自我发展,提升教育教学质量。芬兰课程改革重视建立学生参与的学校评估文化,在教育过程中坚持公平、人本、发展的评价理念,运用教师评价、学生自我评价、同伴评价的方式实施学生评价,增强学生学习能力与自我评价能力,提升学生的核心素养。芬兰基础教育学生评价对我国基础教育的借鉴意义在于:把评价当成日常教学活动的一部分,鼓励学生参与评价过程,依据核心素养要求和学生需要进行评价。 Effective student evaluation can promote students’self-development and improve the quality of education and teaching.The curriculum reform in Finland attaches importance to the establishment of school evaluation culture involving students and adheres to the evaluation concept of fairness,humanism and development in the process of education.It improves students*core literacy and strengthens students'learning ability and self-evaluation ability by carrying out the student evaluation through teacher evaluation,self—evaluation and peer evaluation.The student evaluation in basic education in Finland has some implications for the basic education in our country:regarding the evaluation as a part of daily teaching activities;encouraging students to participate in the evaluation;and implementing the evaluation according to the requirements of core literacy and the needs of students.
