Objective To observe the effect of transperineal pelvic floor ultrasound examination on female pelvic floor function by different delivery methods. Methods 104 postpartum women and 100 healthy volunteers who were treated in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were divided into observation group and control group.According to different delivery methods, they were divided into transvaginal delivery group(36 cases)and cesarean section delivery group(68 cases). The data of transperineal pelvic floor ultrasound examination between the observation group and the control group were analyzed and compared. The data of transperineal pelvic floor ultrasound examination at 6 weeks after delivery were analyzed. Results The incidence of postpartum leakage and bladder prolapse in women after delivery was significantly higher than that in healthy volunteers(P<0.05).The incidence of urinary leakage and bladder prolapse in women with transvaginal delivery was significantly higher than that in women with cesarean section(P<0.05).Conclusion Delivery has a significant effect on the function of pelvic floor tissue, especially for women with transvaginal delivery. For women after delivery, timely transperineal pelvic floor ultrasound should be examined, pelvic floor structure injury should be found in time, and postpartum rehabilitation should be carried out as soon as possible.
