高校基层服务类社团促进基层就业的实践探索——以复旦大学的高校基层服务类社团“抗疫”实践为例

Working Together to Promote Grassroots Employment—Talking the Practice of“Anti Epidemic”of Grassroots Service Associations in Fudan University as an Example

高校基层服务类社团作为高校协助引导毕业生赴基层就业的重要力量,发挥着校内外桥梁纽带作用。不同高校社团之间的定期分享与交流则成为促进各自发展的重要举措。文章以复旦基层就业服务协会在疫情期间的实践探索为例,梳理各高校基层服务类社团在疫情期间的重点特色,以及社团发展的优秀经验与模式,以期进一步推进高校基层服务工作与发展。

As an important force for colleges and universities to help guide graduates to go to the grass-roots level for employment,the grass-roots service community plays a role of bridge and link inside and outside the school.The regular sharing and exchange between different university communities has become an important measure to promote their own development.Taking the practice and exploration of Fudan Grassroots Employment Service Association during the epidemic period as an example,this paper combs the key characteristics of grassroots service associations in Colleges and universities during the epidemic period,as well as the excellent experience and mode of community development,so as to further promote the work and development of grassroots service in universities.
