摘要
学涯教育是大学新生教育的重要内容,但在具体实施过程中往往出现供需不对称、时间滞后、形式单一、力量单薄等问题。在学涯教育中融入协同学理论可以很好地解决这些困惑,通过探索在理念、内容、制度、方法等四个方面的协同,实现教育主体多元、教育客体积极、教育介体充实、教育环体主动等效果,从而提高高校新生学涯教育的实效。
Academic career education is one of the important contents of university freshman education.However,in the specific implementation process,problems such as asymmetric supply and demand,time lag,single form and weak force often occur.The integration of synergetics theory into learning channel education can solve these puzzles well.By exploring the collaboration in concept,content,system and methodother,education subject is diversified,education object is active,education medium is full,education loop is active and other effects can be achieved,so as to improve the actual effect of university freshmen academic career education.
