农旅融合促进农村产业结构优化升级的机理与实证分析--以全国休闲农业与乡村旅游示范县为例

The Mechanism and Empirical Analysis of the Integration of Agriculture and Tourism to Promote the Optimization and Upgrading of Rural Industrial Structure:ACase Study of National Demonstration Counties of Leisure Agriculture and Rural Tourism

本研究在构建农旅融合促进农村产业结构优化升级理论模型的基础上,利用2010~2017年地级市数据,以示范县为例,实证检验了被既有文献所忽视的农旅融合对农村产业结构优化升级的影响及其作用机制。本文研究发现:①在全国层面,农旅融合有利于促进农村产业结构优化升级;在区域层面,农旅融合对农村产业结构合理化有显著的促进作用,其影响程度从大到小依次是中部、西部和东部地区,但只有东部和中部地区的农旅融合对农村产业结构高级化的影响显著。②经济发展水平在农旅融合对农村产业结构高级化的促进作用中发挥正向调节效应,但其在农旅融合对农村产业结构合理化促进作用的调节效应不显著。③消费需求与资本积累是农旅融合促进农村产业结构优化升级的重要传导路径,农旅融合通过引导消费和增加资本积累促进农村产业结构优化升级。

This article builds a theoretical model of the integration of agriculture and tourism to promote the optimization and upgrading of rural industrial structure.Based on the data of prefecture-level cities from 2010 to 2017,the study uses the demonstration counties as examples to empirically test the impact of the integration of agriculture and tourism on the optimization and upgrading of rural industrial structure and its mechanism.The study finds that,firstly,the integration of agriculture and tourism at the national level is conducive to the optimization and upgrading of rural industrial structure.At the regional level,the integration of agriculture and tourism has a significant positive impact on the rationalization of rural industrial structure.The degree of impact from large to small is in the central,western and eastern regions,respectively,but its impact on industrial structure upgrading is only significant in the eastern and central regions.Secondly,the level of economic development plays a positive regulatory role in the promoting effect of the integration of agriculture and tourism on the upgrading of rural industrial structure,but its regulatory effect on the promotion of rural industrial structure rationalization is not significant.Thirdly,consumption demand and capital accumulation are important transmission paths for the integration of agriculture and tourism to promote the optimization and upgrading of rural industrial structure.The integration of agriculture and tourism promotes capital accumulation by guiding consumption,which in turn promotesthe optimization and upgrading of ruralindustrial structure.
