新兴技术合作创新网络演化及特征分析 被引量:37

A research on the evolution path and characteristics of the emerging technology cooperation innovation network

摘要 新兴技术合作创新成为规避创新风险和提高创新能力的重要选择。为探索新兴技术合作创新网络及其演化路径,本文采用中国LED照明技术2004-2015年的专利数据,依据共同专利权人信息,识别不同创新主体间的合作创新关系,分阶段构建合作创新网络,运用社会网络分析法,分析合作创新网络演化过程及其各阶段网络结构特征。研究发现合作创新网络规模的扩大和较低的密度为知识的转移和扩散提供较好条件,网络结构整体呈现小世界性向无标度网络演化的特征;网络中的核心节点对整个创新网络的发展起着关键的作用。 Emerging technology is different from traditional technology. In the process of its development, all kinds of required resources continue to increase, showing a high degree of ambiguity and uncertainty. It is difficult for emerging technology enterprises to realize technology perfection and marketization only by relying on their own technology resources. They need to cooperate with formal or informal innovation networks to avoid innovation risks and improve innovation ability and efficiency. In the process of competition and cooperation, key enterprises show a higher development trend than other enterprises, and finally evolve into a "multi-core" network organization with high leadership and high dependence, which embodies the characteristics of core enterprises attracting non-core enterprises, thus leading to the dynamic evolution of cooperative innovation network and promoting the coordinated development of the whole network.With the improvement of intellectual property protection and cooperation awareness, joint patent application of cooperative R&D has been paid more and more attention. As an important platform for innovation cooperation, patent cooperation network has become an important way for enterprises to increase innovation knowledge, improve R&D level and promote industry progress. The innovation in the process of joint patent application is completed by cooperation of different nodes. Cooperative innovation network is a typical social network, which has the characteristics of complex network. There are significant differences in the network connection strength and network information transmission capacity in the network structure.LED lighting technology is "the technology to illuminate the future", which has formed a relatively complete industrial chain in China, and the degree of technical cooperation has been continuously improved. In the joint patent application of LED lighting technology, an informal cooperation network has been formed among universities, enterprises, scientific research institutions, intermediaries, industry associations and other innovative subjects to share and transfer innovative knowledge in the network.In order to explore the emerging technology cooperation innovation network and its evolution path, this paper uses the joint patent application data of China′s LED lighting technology from 2004 to 2015, extracts the joint patentee relationship to build the cooperation innovation network, and studies the evolution process of innovation network in stages. UCINET software is used to analyze the overall characteristics and individual characteristics of the network. Through the graph, we can show the changes of the core nodes in the network, and analyze the formation mechanism and structural evolution characteristics of cooperative innovation network. This paper studies the evolution process and network structure characteristics of China′s LED lighting technology innovation network.It is found that over time, the structure of China′s LED lighting technology cooperation innovation network has changed significantly, the network scale has grown steadily, the network density has gradually decreased, and the network core has gradually formed. When the density of innovation network is small and the innovation subjects in the network are not closely connected, the loose network structure is more conducive to knowledge acquisition, so that the moderately high nodes in the network grow into core nodes. In addition, the overall network structure presents the characteristics of evolution from small world network to scale-free network. The small world network structure is conducive to the rapid spread and diffusion of emerging technology, knowledge and information, as well as the communication and exchange between innovation subjects. There are a few core nodes with competitive advantages and strength in scale-free network, which plays an important role in improving the overall competitiveness of the industry.In the evolution process of China′s LED lighting technology cooperation innovation network, there will be nodes entering and exiting the network in each stage. However, there are some nodes, which exist in every stage of network evolution and continue to carry out cooperative innovation. These nodes are always at or near the core of the network, such as Philips, Panasonic, OSRAM, etc. These companies grow together with the network, promoting the progress and industrialization of LED lighting technology.
