“克里奧利惯性力”在跳水向后翻腾转体教学中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 在跳水运动中,向后翻腾兼多周转体动作是一个技术含量较高的技术动作运动员想要掌握好向后翻腾兼转体动作,要从小打好基础在训练实践中,向后翻腾兼转体动作从翻腾到连接转体的教学是一个瓶颈,很多运动员在刚开始学习这个动作时就遇到很大的困难,没有办法协调自己的身体,使绕横轴的翻腾和绕纵轴的转体相结合,造成很多运动员在学习这个动作时停滞不前,不能合理的掌握该动作经过训练实践及学习研究,笔者发现在这个动作的教学中需要增加一个技术动作,可以使翻腾和转体的连接更加符合生物力学克里奥利惯性力原理,缩短学习过程,提高学习动作的成功率。 In diving,backward somersault and multi-turn is a high-tech movement.Athletes should lay a good foundation from childhood if they want to master the backward twist and twist movements.In training practice,the teaching of backward somersault and twist from somersault to connecting somersault is a bottleneck.Many athletes encounter great difficulties when they begin to learn this movement.They have no way to coordinate their bodies so as to combine the twist around the horizontal axis with the turn around the vertical axis,which causes many athletes to learn this.When a movement stagnates,it cannot be reasonably mastered.After training practice and learning research,I found that in the teaching of this action,we need to add a technical action,which can make the connection between the roll and the turn more in line with the principle of Coriolis inertia force of biomechanics,shorten the learning process,and improve the success rate of learning action.
