高校红色文化教育现状及创新模式探析

Current Development and Innovation Mode of Red Culture Education in Universities

高等院校是青年人才聚集地,是吸收新鲜血液的重要场所,因此学生党建工作的顺利开展将为党的发展注入新的活力。从微观角度而言,高校党建工作对大学生品格形成、和谐校园建设具有重要影响;宏观角度来看,高校党建亦是我党发展与建设的重要基石。同时,红色文化是我国本土化的、不可再生的、主旋律的文化资源,所以如何结合红色文化资源创新高校学生党建工作,发挥其独特的教育意义,是在经济高速发展、国内外形势复杂多变的新时代背景下高校学生党建工作的重点。

Universities are considered as an important place for the Party to recruit new members as they gather outstanding young men,and thus successful party building among students will provide new force for the development of the Party.On the one hand,university party building has an important influence upon university students'personal character shaping and harmonious campus construction from a micro perspective;On the other hand,it also serves as the foundation of the Party's development and construction.In the new era that features rapid economic development and complex changing domestic and international environment,importance should be attached to the combination of red culture,China's localized non-renewable mainstream cultural resource,and party building among university students in the universities.
