Professional Competency of Counselors Not Majored in Ideological and Political Education in Universities of Finance and Economics in the Context of“New Economics and Management Discipline”Construction

全国高校思想政治工作会议的召开对高校辅导员职业胜任问题提出了新的要求。本文从“新经管”建设背景出发,提出财经类高校非思政专业辅导员职业胜任的概况和目前所面临的困境,并试图从不同角度和层面进行探究,提出解决意见,从而为如何提高财经类高校非思政专业背景辅导员职业胜任力提供建设性意见。

As a response to the new requirements for university counselors'professional competency of the national university ideological and political education conference,a study was made of the current status and difficulties of the professional competency of those counselors not majored in ideological and political education in the universities of finance and economics from several perspectives,aiming to offer some constructive solutions to relevant problems.
