区域社会的发展和产业经济的腾飞离不开高科技软件技术人才的支撑。文章深入分析了闽南侨乡的区域地理位置及该地区经济发展的特点,并以闽南科技学院为例,对其在教育模式、办学机制及教学管理等方面的探索进行了讨论。闽南科技学院不断转变思路,施行了一系列的改革创新举措,经过在教育一线的长期实践、完善、再实践,提炼出了一条适用于闽南区域经济发展的,培养应用型软件人才的教育教学新模式,在推动了高校应用型软件人才输出的同时,满足了区域行业经济的发展需求。

A discussion was made about the educational program,school-running and teaching management of Minnan Science and Technology University in the paper below following an analysis of the geographical features and economic development of the south of Fujian province as home of many overseas Chinese.Through a series of reform and innovation,the university designed a new application-oriented software talent educational mode that fits for the regional economic growth in its long-term practice.It turns out that a success has been made in meeting the requirements of regional industrial development over application-oriented software talents.
