摘要
以气化炉气化飞灰为功能填料、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为聚合单体、偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,采用本体聚合法制备了气化飞灰/PMMA复合材料,通过XRD、SEM等测试手段观察了复合材料的微观形貌,研究表明,在复合材料中,气化飞灰与PMMA耦合界面形成无机-有机网络,耦合性良好。
The function of pulverized coal gasification and fly ash as filler,methy methacrylate(MMA)as monomer,azodiisobutyronitrile(AIBN)as initiator,the bulk polymerization of the gasification of fly ash/PMMA composites reared,through XRD,SEM and other testing means to observe the microstructure of the composite material,research shows that composite materials,the gasification of fly ash and inorganic-organic network formend at the interface of PMMA coupling,coupling is good.
