摘要
以VAE乳液、自制丙烯酸乳液为高分子粘合基料,添加松香乳液、增稠剂、润湿剂、增塑剂、消泡剂,通过一系列实验,成功制备了环保型封口粘合剂。性能测试表明,该粘合剂初粘性强、剥离强度高,对纸塑、塑塑料基材适应性好。
The environment-friendly sealing adhesive was successfully prepared by using VAE emulsion,self-made acrylic emulsion,adding rosin emulsion,plasticizer,thickening agent,wetting agent and defoaming agent.The performance test shows that the adhesive has high initial viscosity,high peel strength and good adaptability to the paperand plastic substrate.
