摘要
为了加快湿法磷酸生产中浓磷酸杂质的沉降速度,缩短浓磷酸澄清时间,提高为磷酸下游生产单位供酸的效率及合格率,对浓磷酸沉降进行了工业试验。试验采用添加沉降剂的方法,以其实验室小试试验为基础,并依照生产现场实际情况作出调整,对其在磷酸生产主装置上的试验效果进行了验证,通过大量的实验数据,确定了沉降剂对浓酸杂质沉降的良好作用。
In order to speed up the settling speed of concentrated phosphoric acid impurities in wet-process phosphoric acid production,shorten the settling time of concentrated phosphoric acid,and improve the efficiency and qualified rate of acid supply for downstream phosphoric acid production units,industrial tests were carried out on the settling of concentrated phosphoric acid.The experiment adopted the method of adding settling agent,based on its laboratory small-scale test and adjusted according to the actual situation in the production site,and verified its test effect on the phosphoric acid production main device.Through a large number of experimental data,the good effect of flocculant on the settling of concentrated acid impurities was determined.
