固溶制度对Mg-Zn-Zr系镁合金组织和性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 在不同固溶制度下对铸态ZK60镁合金进行固溶处理,采用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜观察不同温度固溶后合金的显微组织,研究了固溶制度对铸态ZK60镁合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明:随着固溶时间的延长,合金中的第二相固溶到基体中直到基本消失,且没有新的第二相形成,同时基体晶粒尺寸随固溶时间延长而增大。ZK60镁合金的维氏硬度受固溶强化和晶粒尺寸变化共同作用,随固溶时间的延长先增大后减小。 The solution treatment of as cast ZK60 magnesium alloy was carried out under different solution systems.Microstructure of the alloy after solution at different temperatures was observed by metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope,and effect of solution systems on the structure and properties of as cast ZK60 magnesium alloy was studied.The result indicated that the second phase in the alloy dissolved in the matrix until it disappearedwiththe increase of solution timeand no new second phase formed.Besides,the grain size of the matrix increases with the increase of solution time.The Vickers hardness of ZK60 magnesium alloy was affected by solution strengthening and grain size,which increased first and then decreased with the increase of solution time.
