《微观世界探秘》的微视频制作与化工研究生课程的有机结合

《微观世界探秘》是一门利用扫描电镜对全校本科生开设的实验类公选课,尤其包括粉末、金属、陶瓷、高分子材料等受到化工、材料类学生的欢迎。把它的内容进行信息化设计与微视频制作,让学生详细了解仪器的结构和工作原理,懂得不同类型样品包括粉末、金属、陶瓷、高分子材料等的制备方法,会设置不同的参数进行样品形貌、成分和微观结构的观察。该微视频用于化工学院的研究生课程《现代测试技术》的教学,大大激发了研究生的科研兴趣,提高了科研能力,效果令人满意。

The general course of"Secrets exploration of microworld"is about the scanning electron microscopy(SEM)for undergraduates in Shandong University of Technology,and especially popular in students majored in Chemical Engineering and Materials Science and Engineering.This course employed the information design and microvideo production technology to introduce the structure and basic principle of SEM in detail,preparation of samples,including powders,metals,ceramics,polymer and so on.More importantly,this course mainly focused on using the optimal parameters to observe the morphology and determine the chemical composition of different samples.Furthermore,the microvideo has already applied in the postgraduate course of"modern testing technology"for School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering,which is effective to inspire the students'research interest and makes them easy to understand.
