山东省危险废物监督管理现状和对策分析

Status of the Supervision and Administration of Hazardous Waste in Shandong and Countermeasures Analysis

山东省工业危险废物的产生量逐年增加,提升危险废物的环境监管能力和利用处置能力是危险废物环境管理的内容之一,是消除危险废物环境风险的重要手段。本文结合近年来山东省危险废物监管主要工作情况,通过分析山东省近年来危险废物的产生量和2019年利用处置能力情况,指出了目前存在的主要问题并提出了对策建议。

With the discharge of industrial hazardous waste increasing year by year in Shandong province,promoting the environmental regulatory ability and the disposal capacity of hazardous waste is part of the management on hazardous waste as well as an important way to eliminate the environmental risks caused by hazardous waste.Based on the major status of the regulation on the hazardous waste in Shandong Province in recent years,this paper points out the main existing problems and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions through the analysis of the discharge of hazardous waste in Shandong Province in recent years and disposal capacity in 2019.
