新时代地方新型智库治理:使命、困境与路径——2019年国家治理体系和治理能力现代化背景下新型智库新使命会议综述

The Mission,Dilemma and Paths of the Governance of the Local New Think Tank in the New Era--Summary of the New Mission of New Think Tanks in the Modernization of National Governance System and Governance Capacity Conference in 2019

[目的/意义]学习研究宣传贯彻党的十九届四中全会精神,探讨国家制度和国家治理现代化背景下地方新型智库建设的使命机遇,以及省域新型智库建设的具体实践与发展路径。[方法/过程]2019年11月29日,湖北省社会科学院召开国家治理体系和治理能力现代化背景下新型智库新使命理论座谈会。[结果/结论]来自党政部门、社科院、党校以及高校等多家智库专家学者,围绕"国家治理体系和治理能力现代化背景下新型智库新使命"主题,就四中全会背景下新型智库建设的新使命机遇,国家治理现代化与新型智库建设关系、湖北省域新型智库建设现状,以及如何推动新型智库协同创新与高质量发展等议题进行深入交流,在一定程度上,为区域新型智库建设交流经验,开展智库协作交流提供了平台。

[Purpose/significance]In order to study,research,propagate and implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,this paper explores the new mission and opportunities of the think tank in the modernization of the national system and the national governance,as well as the specific practice and development path of provincial new think tanks.[Method/process]On November 29th,2019,the Hubei Academy of Social Sciences held a symposium on new missions of new think tanks in the modernization of national governance system and governance capabilities.[Result/conclusion]Leaders,experts and scholars from think tanks,government departments,the Academy of Social Sciences,and universities get together and focus on the theme of "new mission of new think tanks in the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity",discuss a series of topics,including the new mission and opportunities of new think tanks in the Fourth Plenary Session of the CPC Central Committee;the relationship between the modernization of national governance and the construction of new think tanks;the current situation of the new think tanks in Hubei Province;and how to promote collaborative innovation and high-quality development of new think tanks.This forum,to a certain extent,provides a platform for regional new think tanks to exchange experiences and carry out collaborative exchanges of think tanks.
