摘要
新建居住小区常利用便利空间设计独立地下车库,以满足小区停车.但一般的单建式地下车库结构平面布置不规则,且体积较大,另外,开发商通常对工期与费用有一定的要求.论文结合实际工程,对单建式地下车库设计中的常见问题进行分析,供结构设计者参考.
Convenient space is often used to design an independent underground garage in new residential areas to meet parking needs.But the general single construction type underground garage structure layout is irregular,and the volume is larger,in addition,developers often have certain requirements for construction period and cost.This paper analyzes the common problems in the design of single-build-type garage for the reference of structural designers.
