摘要
针对西南地区设计速度200km/h高铁线路的某双线隧道拱部存在大面积防水板切割衬砌缺陷,通过现场调查、工程类比提出了快速微创整治方案,经施工组织和工程实践,可知:基于对微创修缮的理念,提出了一种充分利用既有衬砌的承载能力,通过改造局部结构以改善隧道衬砌整体受力状态,并施作锚杆/植筋+钢筋束+双层钢筋网+喷纤维混凝土进行补强的整治方法;经工程实施验证整治方案可有效消除隧道的安全隐患,保证线路和隧道的运营安全;通过施工组织和施工过程管控,使得在高铁运营有限的天窗点时间内达到了较好的整治效果和经济效益,可为隧道类似缺陷和病害整治提供借鉴。
In view of the quality defect of cutting lining with large area waterproof board in the arch of a double track tunnel of a high-speed railway line with design speed of200km/h in southwest China,this paper puts forward a quick and minimally invasive treatment scheme based on the field investigation and engineering analogy.Through construction organization and engineering practice,results are:based on the concept of minimally invasive repair,this paper puts forward a treatment method of making full use of the bearing capacity of the existing lining,improving the overall stress state of the tunnel lining through the transformation of the local structure,and strengthening with anchor bolt or planting steel bar,tendon,double-layer steel mesh and shotcrete;The implementation of the project proves that the countermeasures have the characteristics of breaking up into parts,strong operability,high safety,fast operation,cost saving and good structural integrity,which can effectively eliminate the potential safety hazards of the tunnel and ensure the operation safety of the line and the tunnel.The high-speed railway has achieved good renovation effect and economic benefits within the limited skylight point time of operation through construction organization and process management and control,which can be used as reference for the treatment of similar tunnel defects and diseases.
