Stuck Machine Treatment Measures for Open TBM Crossing the Fault Zone

敞开式TBM(敞开式隧道掘进机)在新疆某引水隧洞掘进过程中遭遇断层破碎带,TBM护盾底部、刀盘刀仓及刀盘内出渣口均被泥沙堵死,TBM被困.该项目部采用化学灌浆对护盾上方及刀盘前方的围岩进行固结,同时,从护盾后打设超前管棚,用1:1水泥浆对前方不稳定岩体进行加固;从护盾左下方开设小导洞,并在刀盘位置环形开挖导洞,通过导洞清理刀盘周围松散碎石,使刀盘脱困.结果表明,采用超前地质预报加管棚加化学灌浆可以使TBM安全脱困.

The open TBM encountered a fault fracture zone during the excavation of a diversion tunnel in Xinjiang.The bottom of the TBM shield,the cutter head and the slag outlet in the cutter head were blocked by sediment,and the TBM was trapped.The project department used chemical grouting to consolidate the surrounding rock above the shield and in front of the cutter head.Meanwhile,advanced pipe shed was built from behind the shield,and the unstable rock in front was strengthened with 1:1 cement mud.Opening a small guide hole from the left lower part of the shield,and the circular excavation guide hole in the position of the cutter disc,through the guide hole to clean the loose gravel around the cutter disc,so that the cutter disc out of the trap.The results show that TBM can be safely extricated by advanced geological prediction plus pipe shed plus chemical grouting.
