摘要
建设工程项目中,良好的项目合同管理有利于对整个项目的运行与各种操作进行规范,但是在实际工作中,依然存在一些管理方面的问题,所以,必须强化建设项目中的合同管理,及时对不良情况进行监督与控制,避免纠纷的发生,降低工程项目建设的风险性.基于此,论文主要对建设工程项目合同管理中存在的问题进行分析,以供参考.
In the construction project,good project contract management is conducive to the operation of the entire project and various operations.But in practice,there are still some management problems.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the contract management in construction projects,timely supervise and control the bad situation,avoid the occurrence of disputes,and reduce the risk of construction projects.Based on this,the paper mainly analyzes the problems existing in the contract management of construction projects for reference.
