摘要
工业经济新发展理念中,绿色与创新发展尤为重要。不同环境规制水平下,科技创新对工业绿色发展的影响可能存在门槛效应。结合中国2000—2017年省际面板数据,采用DEA-Malmquist指数测算地区工业绿色全要素生产率指数,并选择环境规制门槛变量,运用面板门槛回归模型,考察科技创新的非线性影响。研究表明,两者间存在单一门槛效应。当环境规制强度较低时,科技创新阻碍工业绿色全要素生产率指数的提升,但作用不显著;而环境规制强度较高时,正向促进作用显著。同时,城镇化水平抑制作用最强,能源价格促进效应次之,外商直接投资影响最弱,产权结构阻碍作用与科技创新程度相当。基于上述结论,提出助推地区工业绿色发展的建议。
Under different levels of environmental regulation,technological innovation may have threshold effect on industrial green development.Based on the provincial data of China from 2000 to 2017,the DEA Malmquist index is used to calculate the regional green total factor productivity index.Then the threshold variable of environmental regulation is selected,and the panel threshold regression model is used to investigate the non-linear relationship between the impact of scientific and technological innovation on it.The results show that there is a single threshold effect.When the intensity of environmental regulation is low,the negative effect of technological innovation on the green total factor productivity index of industry is not significant;when the intensity of environmental regulation is high,the positive effect is significant.At the same time,the level of urbanization has the strongest inhibition effect,energy price level has the second positive promotion effect,foreign direct investment has the weakest influence,and the reverse blocking effect of property right structure is equivalent to the level of scientific and technological innovation.Based on the empirical conclusion,this paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the green transformation and development of regional industry.
