摘要
探讨了NC-202EF雾化硅油的浓度、剥离效果、溶解程度、气味、喷雾效果、保板率等性能,并与国产产品丝润硅油和龙福硅油进行了比较,发现其性能与国内同类产品相当,主要性能能够满足POY生产的要求,可纺性较好,保板率较高,性价比更高。
The properties of NC-202EF atomized silicone oil, such as concentration, stripping effect, dissolution degree, odor, spray effect and plate retention rate, were discussed, and compared with domestic product Silun silicone oil and Longfu silicone oil. It is found that its performance is similar to that of domestic similar products, and its main performance can meet the requirements of POY production, with better spinnability, higher plate retention rate and higher cost performance.
