摘要
利用液相浸渍—模具控制固化成型—高温碳化和石墨化—表面石墨化处理的方法制备出了晶体生长用轻质碳/碳纤维复合圆桶。轻质碳/碳纤维复合圆桶中碳纤维形成了一个X-Y-Z三维结构,使得轻质碳/碳纤维复合圆桶材料具有较低的密度(0.18 g/cm3)、较低的导热系数[0.076 W/(m·K)]、一定的弯曲强度(0.2 MPa)和较低的总灰分含量(3×10-4)。
The lightweight carbon/carbon fiber composite barrel for crytal growth were prepared by the methods of liquid-phase impregnation-mold control curing molding-high temperature carbonization and graphitization-surface graphitization.The carbon fibers in the lightweight carbon/carbon fiber composite barrel form an X-Y-Z three-dimensional structure,making the lightweight carbon/carbon fiber composite barrel material have lower density(0.18 g/cm3),lower thermal conductivity[0.076 W/(m·K)],a certain bending strength(0.2 MPa)and lower total ash content(3×10-4).
