New progress in endovascular treatments and interventional techniques for peripheral arterial disease

摘要 下肢动脉硬化闭塞症可以引起下肢间歇性跛行、静息痛等症状,严重者可导致截肢,危害较大。既往的治疗方式以外科手术为主,现在随着技术的进步,介入治疗已经成为主流的治疗方式。介入治疗方式多种多样,本文归纳总结了目前的介入治疗方式和最新的治疗理念,为临床应用及后续研究提供参考。 Arteriosclerosis obliterans of the lower extremities can cause intermittent claudication of the lower extremities,rest pain and other symptoms,and severe cases can lead to amputation of the limbs,which is harmful.The previous treatment method is based on the surgery.With the advancement of technology,interventional treatment has become the main treatment method.There are many kinds of interventional treatment methods.This article summarizes the current interventional treatment methods and the latest concepts to provide a reference for elinical application and follow-up research.
