医务人员对县域医共体的认知与评价

Cognition and evaluation of county medical community by medical staff in member units

目的了解成员单位内医务人员对县域医共体的认知与评价,为县域医共体的建设提供参考。方法利用分层抽样的方法抽取山东省县级医院、乡镇(社区)卫生院、村卫生室共960名医务人员,开展问卷调查,回收问卷836份,所得数据使用SPSS 24.0进行分析。结果成员单位内医务人员对县域医共体政策的认知程度受性别、学历、职称、工作年限、岗位类型、单位级别等因素的影响(P<0.01);成员单位内医务人员对县域医共体的实施总体评价与性别、年龄、学历、职称、工作年限、岗位类型和单位级别等因素显著性相关(P<0.01)。医务人员的相关参与行为也与其评价水平显著性相关,包括是否参加过医共体政策培训、是否参加过医共体内的培训与帮扶、是否参加过医共体的查房与会诊、是否接收过成员单位的转诊患者等(P<0.01)。结论加强基层成员单位的政策普及,完善县域医共体内人员交流制度,明确县域医共体内的转诊指南,重视县域医共体内的文化建设。

Objective To know about the medical staff’s cognition and evaluation of county medical community in member units,and to provide reference for the construction of county medical communities.Methods A total of 960 medical staff from county hospitals,township(community)health centers and village clinics in Shandong Province were selected by stratified sampling.Finally 836 copies of questionnaire were collected and the data were analyzed by SPSS24.0.Results Medical staff’s cognition of county medical communities was influenced by gender,educational background,professional title,working years,post type,and unit level(P<0.01).Their overall evaluation of county medical communities was significantly correlated with gender,age,educational background,professional title,working years,post type,and unit level(P<0.01).The relevant participation behaviors of medical staff were also significantly related to their evaluation,including whether they had participated in the training on policies of the medical community,whether they had participated in the training and assistance within the medical community,whether they had participated in the rounds and consultations in the medical community,and whether they had received the referral patients from the member units(P<0.01).Conclusions We should strengthen the policy popularization in the grass-roots member units,improve the personnel exchange system of county medical communities,clarify the referral guide for county medical communities,and attach importance to the cultural construction in county medical communities.
