This paper introduced the background of establishing the first medical community in Anji County,Zhejiang Province,the path and method for the implementation of its financial management center,enumerated the problems and challenges encountered in the operation process,and put forward solutions to solve the problems,in order to provide reference for promoting the reform of county medical community.
