AGIL视角下的现代公立医院文化建设路径分析

Cultural construction path of modern public hospitals based on AGIL Model

文章基于安医大一附院文化建设实践,从AGIL模型结构功能主义视角对医院文化建设路径进行研究。提出公立医院文化建设要基于"适应功能、实现目标功能、整合功能和潜在模式维持功能"四大功能,进行"文化建设内涵适应并契合社会和医院发展、三大核心文化建设策略助力目标实现、资源有效整合形成合力、固化医院特色的品牌文化"四条文化建设路径,以发挥文化引领医院综合发展的强大作用。

Based on the cultural construction practice in The First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University,this paper explored the path of hospital cultural construction from the structural functionalism perspective of AGIL model.It was proposed that the cultural construction of public hospitals should be based on the four functions of adaptation,goal attainment,integration,and latent pattern maintenance with four aspects of cultural construction pathi.The hopital camet out four culeural construction paths:cultural construction connotation adapting to and fitting to the development of the society and hospitals,three core cultural construction strategies helping achieve goals,integration of effective resources forming a synergy and solidifying the brand culture of hospitals,and thus giving play to the powerful role of culture in guiding the comprehensive development of hospitals.
