摘要 针对传统方法对弹药质量检测的正确率较低,并且有漏检现象,提出一种基于线阵CCD(Charge-coupled Device)的弹药质量无损检测,首先将弹药沿着直径位置和测量系统做相对运动,通过计算弹药直径,得到线阵CCD的测试原理。接着对测量图像采用均值的方式去除噪声,同时利用锐化方式逆运算增强图像,减少其在传输的过程中出现的模糊现象,通过灰度分割凸显待检测弹药特征,测量出弹药几何大小,计算其特征参数,最后经过图像识别完成弹药质量无损分类检测。经过仿真证明,所提方法的检测结果正确率要远远高于传统方法,且无漏检现象。 Due to low accuracy of ammunition quality detection in traditional methods,this paper presented a method of non-destructive detection for ammunition quality based on linear CCD.Firstly,the ammunition was moved relative to the measurement system and diameter,and then the detection principle of linear CCD was obtained by calculating ammunition diameter.After that,the noise in detection image was removed by the averaging method.Meanwhile,the image was enhanced by inverse operation of sharpening method,so that the fuzzy phenomenon during the transmission was reduced.Moreover,the feature of the ammunition to be detected was highlighted by gray segmentation.In addition,the geometry size of ammunition was measured,and its feature parameters were calculated.Finally,the nondestructive classification detection of ammunition quality was completed by image recognition.Simulation results show that the accuracy of detection result of the proposed method is much higher than that of the traditional method,and there is no any missed detection.
