低旋流燃烧室燃烧特性及NOx排放研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了进一步了解单筒型低旋流燃气轮机燃烧室特性,对燃烧室内气流低旋流流动、燃烧和污染物排放特性开展了数值模拟研究。自行设计了单筒型低旋流燃烧室,建立了燃烧室内流动和燃烧全三维数值模型,应用商用CFD软件Fluent进行求解。数值模拟结果显示,低旋流燃烧室均能形成典型的"W"形火焰。低旋流燃烧室燃用甲烷和掺氢甲烷时,在低旋流S≤0.575范围内,其污染物排放明显低于高旋流燃烧室,并随着旋流数的增加而降低,当S=0.575时,NOx排放量最低。 In order to further understand the characteristics of the single-cylinder low-swirl combustor in gas turbine,this paper carried out a numerical simulation study on the characteristics of low-swirl flow,combustion and pollutant emission in the combustion chamber.In this paper,a single-cylinder low-swirl combustor is designed,and a full three-dimensional numerical model of flow and combustion in the combustion chamber is established.The commercial CFD software Fluent is used to solve the problem.The numerical simulation results show that the low-swirl combustor can form a typical"W"-shaped flame;when the low-swirl combustor burns methane and hydrogen-doped methane,the pollutant emission is obvious in the range of low swirl S≤0.575.It is lower than the high swirling combustion chamber and decreases with the increase of the number of swirls.When S=0.575,the NOx emission is the lowest.
