国家图书馆出版物交存管理现状问题及特征分析研究

Analysis and Research on the Current Situation and Characteristics of the Legal Deposit Managementof Publicationsof National Library of China

为应对国家图书馆出版物交存管理中交送量大集中、印刷质量差等新现状问题,通过对出版物交存管理特征的分析研究,文章分析得出交存管理的实践性、连贯性、时效性、差异性和互补性特征。笔者结合交存管理经验,提出国家图书馆需严格交存登记审读,辅助出版机构完善交存制度建设,增强国家总书库荣誉度建设,发掘交存管理创新机制等策略,以期在国家总书库和国家文献战略储备库建设中提升出版物交存数量和质量。

In order to deal with the new problems such as the large concentration of delivery volume and poor printing quality in the National Library of China’s publication deposit management,through the analysis and research on the characteristics of publication deposit management,this paper analyzes the characteristics of practice,consistency,timeliness,difference and complementarity of deposit management.Based on the experience of legal deposit management,the author proposes that National Library of China should strictly deposit,register and read publications,assist the publishing institutions to improve the deposit system construction,enhance the honor construction of the national general library,explore the innovative mechanism of deposit management and other strategies,so as to improve the quantity and quality of publication deposit in the construction of the national general library and the national literature strategic reserve.
