协同创新视阈下图书馆助力高校“双一流”建设的探索与研究——以哈尔滨工业大学图书馆为例

Exploration and Research on the Libraries Assisting the Construction of“Double First-class”in Universities From the Perspective of Collaborative Innovation:Taking the Library of Harbin Institute of Technology as an Example

在经济全球化、“互联网+”时代与高校“双一流”建设迫切化的大环境下,高校图书馆需要不断的突破、转型与发展。本文在论述高校图书馆协同创新发展背景的基础上,以哈尔滨工业大学图书馆所构建的协同创新运行机制为例,分析了高校图书馆内部与外部协同创新的发展措施,并对高校图书馆未来的协同创新发展提出相应策略,以助力高校“双一流”建设。

In the era of economic globalization,“Internet+”and the urgent need for“double first-class”construction in universities,university libraries need continuous breakthroughs,transformation and development.On the basis of discussing the background of collaborative innovation development of university library,this paper takes the collaborative innovation operation mechanism constructed by Harbin University of Technology Library as an example,analyzes the development measures of collaborative innovation inside and outside university library,and puts forward corresponding strategies for the future collaborative innovation development of university library,so as to help the construction of“double first-class”in universities.
