高校图书馆与公共图书馆联合OA出版服务探析——基于江苏省高校图书馆与公共图书馆调研

Analysis on the Joint Provision of OA Publishing Service by University Library and Public Library:Based on the Survey of University Libraries and Public Libraries in Jiangsu Province

文章通过调研江苏省167所高校图书馆与106所公共图书馆提供的OA出版的实际情况,并通过问卷、电话和现场咨询相结合的方式,对部分高校与公共馆的相关人员进行调研,了解高校图书馆与公共图书馆在联合进行OA出版方面存在的阻滞因素与问题。论文在结合国际前沿并充分考虑我国国情的情况下,提出高校图书馆与公共图书馆联合进行OA出版的途径,以彰显图书馆的学术影响力,以推进图书馆学术服务的实践发展与图书馆学理论研究的不断深入。

This paper investigates the actual situation of OA publishing provided by 167 university libraries and 106 public libraries in Jiangsu Province,and combines questionnaires,telephone calls and on-site consultation to investigate the relevant personnel of some universities and public libraries,so as to understand the obstacles and problems in the joint OA publishing between university and public libraries.On the basis of considering the international frontier and China’s national conditions,this paper puts forward the ways of joint OA publishing between university and public libraries,in order to show the academic influence of libraries,and promote the practical development of library academic services and the deepening of theoretical research on library science.
