摘要
依托公共交通站点进行城市空间开发的思路和实践由来已久,其目标是实现站域综合效益增值。公共交通、土地利用、出行质量三个方面从根本上决定了站域开发质量与实效,其中出行质量首先体现在以站点为核心,基于特定通道的步行目的地可达性高低。以空间显微与城市设计精细化为思路导向,以站域开发综合作用机制切入,通过具体实例重庆沙坪坝站站域讨论不同空间要素对流量、效率、质量三方面的影响,阐述了站域目的地可达性的一种评测方法及其意义。
It has been a long history of the idea and practice of urban space development connected with public transportation station in order to realize the comprehensive benefit increment of the station area.Public transportation,land use and mobility quality fundamentally determine the quality and effectiveness of urban development with public transit,among which the mobility especially the pedestrian quality can be refined and transformed into the accessibility of pedestrian destinations.Through comprehensive development mechanism of the station area,based on the different levels and dimensions in flow,efficiency and quality,a new method of accessibility performance evaluation is introduced.Through the case of Shapingba Railway Station area in Chongqing,the feasible spatial suggestions for promotion of accessibility quality in rail transit station circumambient realms are propounded.
