Study on Media Attention of Beijing Rural Construction

近20年乡村建设话题成为持续热点,实践项目蓬勃发展,但发展模式因地域特色多元性、政策解读多样性、实践水平差异化等原因呈现出众说纷纭、优劣难分的局面。针对北京乡村,选取2000年1月至2019年2月不同发展角度下乡村建设问题的共241篇报道作为研究对象,通过大数据抓取与分析,从时间演变、区域发展、社会关注度变化进行统计,并结合历年政策导向分析乡村发展动态与政策落实有效性。进而由报道相关事件出发探讨乡村建设中的相关权益矛盾,为关注乡村问题提供新闻媒体的视角和评价反馈的建议,更为同类项目研究总结实践经验、发掘应用需求。

The topic of rural construction continues to be hot,and the practical projects are flourishing.The development model of the period is characterized by the diversity of regional characteristics,the diversity of policy interpretation,and the differentiation of practice levels.We selected 241 reports from the perspective of different development perspectives from January 2000 to February 2019 as the research objects.Through information capture,statistics are made from time evolution,regional development and changes in social concern,and the development trends of rural areas and the effectiveness of policy implementation are analyzed in combination with policy orientation over the years.Then based on the event,this paper further discusses the contradictions of relevant rights and interests in rural construction,which provides effective Suggestions for expanding viewpoints and perspectives on rural issues and focusing on evaluation and feedback,and then provides an idea reference for the research of summarizing practical experience.
