试论现场足迹关联信息深度发掘与拓展应用 被引量:2

摘要 从现场勘验工作开始一直到案件破获都会涉及足迹检验问题。我们尝试将足迹学与人身肢体结构、工具痕迹检验、特殊痕迹检验、微量物证检验、植物物证检验、视频技术、生物物证检验、足迹系统及鞋样本数据检索技术等紧密结合,做到不同专业、不同学科相互延伸、相互支持,为案件侦查、证据搜集及法庭诉讼提供科学的分析意见和证据支撑。通过对足迹及相关联手(套)印、工具痕迹、微量物证、植物物证等信息进行深度发掘,将其与步长数据、虚拟足迹图谱、足型特征及足迹形成过程分析等综合起来进行系统化应用,在案件侦破、串并和法庭诉讼方面取得较为成功的实际应用效果。 Footprint inspection frequently involves into the whole process from the scene investigation to the case end.Through the attempt to tightly combine the footprint identification with other disciplines(human physical structure analysis,examination of toolmark/peculiar mark/trace or biological including botanical evidential material,video technology,and retrieval into the database of both footprints and sampling shoes),the mutual coalescence and coordination have been often proved to be necessary and beneficial among special professions and various subjects,having provided scientific analysis and evidence support for case investigation,evidence collection and court proceedings.With the examples of deep mining into the footprint-related information that comes from the marks of finger(or glove)/tool,trace/plant evidential material,the systematic utilization had been demonstrated into the comprehensive analysis of footstep length,virtual footprint picture,characteristic foot patterns and footprint-forming process,thereby helping the actual and effective applications being successfully achieved into the investigation/concatenation of relevant cases and court litigation.
