摘要
目的分析广西汉族群体36个Y-STR的单倍型分布,并评价其法医学应用价值。方法采集广西汉族629名无亲缘关系的健康男性个体的血样,应用SureID■ PathFinder荧光检测试剂盒复合扩增36个Y-STR基因座。结果在629例样本中,有4种单倍型观察到2次,621种单倍型观察到1次;36个Y-STR的单倍型多样性、匹配概率、分辨能力分别为0.9999797、0.0016100、0.9936407。结论36个Y-STR在广西汉族群体中具有较好的单倍型多样性和分辨能力。
Objective To investigate the haplotype distribution of 36 Y-STR loci in Guangxi Han-ethnic population for evaluating their forensic value.Methods A total of 36 Y-STR loci,selected from 629 Han-ethnic male healthy unrelated individuals in Guangxi area,were genotyped by SureID■ PathFinder fluorescence multiplex amplification kit,with their forensic parameters being calculated.Results For the 36 Y-STR loci from the 629 samples,4 haplotypes were observed twice and the other 621 ones were unique,with the haplotype diversity being 0.9999797,haplotype match probability 0.0016100 and discrimination capacity 0.9936407.Conclusion The 36 Y-STR loci are of high haplotype variability and strong forensic applicability among Guangxi Han-ethnic population.
