摘要 使用Promega公司提供的PowerPlex■21System试剂盒,对网络欺诈案件中取自手机、平板电脑和电脑不同部位的908份检材进行DNA常染色体STR检验。结果发现在手机、平板电脑和电脑不同部位提取的检材可检出个体基因型数量存在显著差异。提示若遇类似案件需要对电子产品进行DNA鉴定分析时,宜优先考虑对电子产品的直接接触部位取材送检。 908 pieces of biological evidence were collected from different parts/locations of the commonly-used electronic products:mobile phones,lap-and/or table-top computers that were all involved into an Internet fraud case.Autosomal STR test was performed of the collected evidential materials with Promega’s PowerPlex■21 kit.The experiment revealed that significant difference was present in the number of genotypes tested from the different parts/locations of the seized electronic products,demonstrating that the areas/locations directly touched by the electronic products’users are the most to have their relevant STRs exposed.Therefore,it is suggested that the suspects’direct touch areas/locations should be of priority for the DNA samples to collect.
