基于区域合作的东北振兴策略研究

Research on the Strategy of Northeast Revitalization based on Regional Cooperation

改革开放以来,我国形成的区域合作模式主要有“京津冀”“长三角”“珠三角”等,这些区域合作模式一定程度上为区域发展起到了积极和促进作用。东北老工业基地在改革开放的进程中发展渐缓,遭遇瓶颈,如何走出困局,通过“一带一路”建设在东北亚区域建立协调合作机制是我们要思考的问题。面对东北亚地区出现的新机遇,东北三省应积极敞开对外开放的大门,加速东北亚区域的“一带一路”建设,缓解东北三省经济落后局面,加速实现东北振兴。

The regional cooperation formed by China's reform and opening up mainly includes"Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region","Yangtze River Delta","Pearl River Delta"and so on,and these regional cooperation models have played a positive and promoting role in regional development to a certain extent.In the process of reform and opening up,the development of Northeast old industrial bases gradually slowed down and encountered bottleneck.How to get out of the predicament and establish the coordination and cooperation mechanism in Northeast Asia through"The Belt and Road"construction is the problem that we should think about.In the face of new opportunities in Northeast Asia,three Northeast provinces should open the door to the outside world actively,accelerate"The Belt and Road"construction in Northeast Asia,alleviate economic backwardness of Northeast provinces,and realize Northeast revitalization.
