摘要
胃癌术后患者普遍存在营养风险,近年来针对此类人群的营养支持治疗得到了更多的关注,其效果差强人意。口服营养补充(ONS)在肿瘤患者中的广泛应用显示出了良好的前景,但在胃癌术后患者这一特定人群中的应用仍然缺乏足够的证据支撑。笔者通过查阅近十年的相关文献,针对胃癌术后患者营养不良的现状及ONS的应用进行综述,以期为胃癌术后患者短期内的营养支持策略制定以及院外康复工作提供参考。
Nutritional risk is common in patients with gastric cancer after surgery.In recent years,more attention has been paid to nutritional support therapy for this kind of population,but the effect is not satisfactory.The wide application of oral nutrition supplement(ONS)in cancer patients has shown a good prospect,but there is still lack of sufficient evidence to support its application for postoperative gastric cancer patients.The author reviewed the current situation of malnutrition and the application of ONS in postoperative patients with gastric cancer by consulting the relevant literature in past ten years,in order to provide reference for short-term nutritional support strategy formulation and out-of-hospital rehabilitation.
