摘要
人体中的微生物菌群做为人体免疫系统的重要组成部分,在构建人体免疫系统、增强人体免疫功能等方面具有非常重要的生物学意义,并与宿主形成相互依存、相互制约的共生关系.通过研究,菌群可以在皮肤和鼻腔、眼腔、耳腔、口腔、消化道、生殖泌尿道等人体体外和体内环境的界面,构筑了一道隔离致病微生物和各种毒素的系统化的微生物膜性聚合物——人体"益菌膜"生态防御屏障.这层生物屏障能有效保护宿主,使机体免受致病微生物侵袭,在维系人体健康过程中扮演着极其重要的角色.本文系统阐述"益菌膜"生态防御屏障的形成建立、作用机理及应用前景,为探究"菌群平衡"的人体微生态系统与健康的关系提供理论参考,对滥用抗生素引发的细菌耐药性、人体生态平衡等研究提供一定的参考价值.
The microbial community in the human body has very important biological significance in building the human immune system,enhancing the human immune function,and forming a symbiotic relationship with the host,which is interdependent and mutually restrictive.After years of intensive research,we believe that these bacteria in the skin,nasal,eye,ear,and oral cavities,digestive tract,reproductive system,urinary tract,and other human internal and external environment interface, build highly organized and systematic microbial membrane polymer known as human "biofilms". The biofilms help to protect human body from pathogenic microorganisms and various toxins. Therefore,this biological barrier as biofilms play an extremely important role in maintaining human health. This paper reviews the formation,mechanism,and application of the " probiotic biofilms" in human body. It provides foundation to understand the relationship between human health and balance of microflora in human body. This review also gives valuable information on bacterial resistance caused by abuse of antibiotics and research on balance of ecological community of symbiotic microorganisms.
