摘要 氢气可治疗多种疾病,主要表现在减轻组织器官缺血再灌注损伤,降低肺动脉高压,抗肿瘤,改善机体代谢,以及改善脓毒症作用。该文对氢气抗氧化、抗炎、抗凋亡等作用机制和其临床应用进行综述,旨在明确氢气的治疗作用。 Hydrogen can be used to treat a variety of diseases, mainly in relieving injuries induced by tissue and organ ischemia-reperfusion, reducing pulmonary hypertension, anti-cancer, improving body metabolism, and improving sepsis. This paper reviews mechanisms of hydrogen such as anti-oxidation, anti-inflammatory, and anti-apoptotic and its clinical applications.
