二维超声与彩色多普勒快闪伪像在泌尿系结石检出率中的对比研究

A comparative study on the detection rate of urinary calculi between two-dimensional ultrasound and color doppler flash-false imaging

目的:二维超声与彩色多普勒快闪伪像在泌尿系结石检出率中的对比研究。方法:抽选我院2017年5月至2019年12月所收治的泌尿系结石患者98例作为研究对象,对所有患者均给予二维超声检查与彩色多普勒快闪伪像检查,并对结石检出率情况进行观察与比较。结果:彩色多普勒超声技术对输尿管结石、肾脏结石、膀胱结石等检出率均明显高于二维超声技术对输尿管结石、肾脏结石、膀胱结石等检出率,差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:彩色多普勒快闪伪像在泌尿系结石鉴别与诊断上,具有较高的诊断价值,值得在临床上大力推广。

Objective To compare the detection rate of urinary calculi between two-dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler flash artifacts.Methods 98 patients with urinary calculi admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.All patients were given two-dimensional ultrasound examination and color Doppler flash artifact examination,and the detection rate of calculi was observed and compared.Results The detection rate of color Doppler ultrasound in ureteral calculi,renal calculi and bladder calculi was significantly higher than that of two-dimensional ultrasound in ureteral calculi,kidney calculi and bladder calculi,the difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The color Doppler flash artifact has high diagnostic value in the differential diagnosis of urinary calculi,and it is worth popularizing in clinic.
