Application of SciVal analysis platform in subject service of Shanghai Jiaotong University

目的:利用Sci Val分析平台对上海交通大学2014-2018年肿瘤学科文献进行分析,为高校学科服务建设提供经验与建议。方法:从Pub Med数据库中检索2014-2018年上海交通大学肿瘤学科的文献,利用Sci Val分析平台分析肿瘤学科相关文献的总体研究水平、机构合作、研究热点等。结果:学科交叉与国际合作发文能够提高学术影响力。当前该领域的研究重点为非小细胞肺癌、腺癌及淋巴瘤。结论:基于Pub Med和Sci Val进行文献计量分析,以及计算机与人工相结合的前沿挖掘能够准确了解上海交通大学肿瘤学科的发展态势,为高校学科建设提供决策支持。

Objective To provide experiences and suggestions for subject service in colleges and universities by analyzing the papers on oncology published by Shanghai Jiaotong University in 2014-2018 using the SciVal analysis platform. Methods The papers on oncology published by Shanghai Jiaotong University in 2014-2018 were retrieved from PubMed,the overall research level,cooperation between institutions and research hotspots in these papers were analyzed using the SciVal analysis platform. Results Research on interdisciplinary subjects and international cooperation could improve the academic impact power. The key research points in papers on oncology were focused on non-small cell lung cancer,adenocarcinoma and lymphoma. Conclusion Bibliometric analysis based on PubMed and SciVal analysis platform combined computer and artificial mining of research frontiers in papers on oncology can accurately show the development trend of oncology in Shanghai Jiaotong University and provide support for subject service in colleges and universities.
