优质护理干预对急性阑尾炎患者临床疗效及术后并发症的影响

Effect of quality nursing intervention on clinical efficacy and postoperative complications of acute appendicitis patients

目的:探讨优质护理干预对急性阑尾炎患者临床疗效及术后并发症的影响。方法:选取本院在2018年5月至2019年5月接诊的98例急性阑尾炎患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组和观察组,每组49例。对照组采取常规护理管理方法,观察组采取优质护理干预的方法,比较两组患者平均住院时间以及术后并发症的发生情况。结果:护理后,观察组的平均住院时间(8.23±2.18)d显著短于对照组(15.16±4.39)d,差异显著(P<0.05);另外,观察组出现切口感染和出血各1例、轻度腹膜炎0例、排尿困难1例,并发症共发生3例,发生率为6.1%,相比于对照组的24.5%,观察组显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对急性阑尾炎患者实施优质护理干预能够显著提高临床治疗效果,缩短患者的住院时间,减少医疗费用和家属的心理负担,同时能够有效预防术后并发症的发生,降低患者的痛苦,起到良好预后的效果。

Objective:To explore the effect of high-quality nursing intervention on the clinical efficacy and postoperative complications of acute appendicitis patients.Methods:A total of 98 patients with acute appendicitis received in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the observation group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group adopted routine nursing management method,and the experimental group adopted high-quality nursing intervention method to compare the average length of stay of patients in the two groups and the occurrence of postoperative complications.Results:After nursing,the mean length of stay in the observation group(8.23±2.18)d was significantly shorter than that in the control group(15.16±4.39)d(P<0.05);In addition,1 case of incision infection and bleeding,0 case of mild peritonitis,1 case of difficulty urinating,and overall 3 cases of complications occurred in the observation group,with an incidence of 6.1%,which was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group compared with 24.5%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of quality nursing intervention for patients with acute appendicitis can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect,shorten the length of hospitalization of patients,reduce medical costs and psychological burden of families,and can effectively prevent the occurrence of postoperative complications,reduce the pain of patients,play a good prognosis.
